FAQ
You do not have to arrive ready.
Questions before you step on the mat? Start here.
No. Classes are coached and scaled to who shows up. You start with fundamentals — striking, movement, and control — not sparring for a highlight reel.
No. MMA at New Richmond Combat Club is structured training: striking, grappling, and integration work at an honest intensity. Competition is there if you want it, not a requirement.
Wear something you can move in. We'll cover gloves, shin guards, and other equipment as opening approaches. Just show up ready to learn.
